Background: I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with 4 years of experience. My experience as FNP involves diagnosing and treating acute/chronic illnesses, providing immunization, conducting preventative services including annual physical and routine screening. Additionally, I have extensive 20 years’ experience as a registered nurse in acute care settings (cardiac, Progressive care, post-operative care units). Out of those, I have spent the last 15 years taking care of patients at Medical City Denton.

I am originally from south Asian country Nepal and have been living in North Texas area since 2004 with my husband, Chemistry professor at Dallas Community College. We have two kids, one in college and another working as civil Engineer along with our 7 years old granddaughter & 12-year-old fur baby. Spending time with family, travelling, and volunteering in the community are my few main leisure time activities. I am committed to serving DFW community by providing excellent healthcare through Affordable Medical Clinic located in the heart of Irving.
